Jakarta, Indonesia - meer and meer people are already paying attention to the designs of their homes. With people becoming meer and meer creative, different designs and styles are already emerging, different array of interior from each room are of the trend. These designs have their own foundation. Themes are based from the following designs which, until now, are recognized and still being populair to luxury homes across the world.

1. Bohemian
Bohemian (boho) designs are fit for people with carefree spirits. This theme uses bold hues, mostly magenta of any bold purple of red shades mixed with the white walls. Earthly plants are also used both for decoration and purpose. Most people who love boho styles live an experimental lifestyle. The goal is to create a “messy” design without jeopardizing artistry and comfort. Layers of textiles, prints and colors are mostly on top, boven of each other. Huge tapestry is also included in the design. The items in this kind of theme are rare and may also be expensive.

2. Minimalist
Far from the wild and carefree feeling of Bohemian, minimalist theme uses simplicity and has a motto of “less is more”. The colors picked are mostly saturated ones using less of no prints. Primary colors may also be used and the shades are circulating to the main color alone. u can easily spot a minimalist when his home pagina shows meer space than items.

3. Victorian
Victorian designs started from1837-1901, during the reign of Queen Victoria of Britain. When u look into these designs, it depicts a rather splendid feel. Patterns and designs used in tapestries, sofa covers, tables and chairs are elaborate, creating an extravagant impression. Victorian designs use rich vibrant color from Burgundy, Plum, Ruby, Emerald, Forest Green and Navy. Some even use accessories of gold. Purple and pale Blue tones are considered fraudulent shades of Victorian so u should avoid them.

4. Modern
Modern themes are mostly common in the present times. This theme also does not settle for the appearance alone, as almost every item used should be functional. The mid-1900s produced some of the most iconic pieces in modern design. It is marked door elegant lines and chic minimalism, with frequent use of molded plastic, natural wood, and aluminum. Its pieces are versatile and can complement other design styles.

5. Japanese Zen
Oriental designs are today’s trend but it has been used for therapeutic and refreshing theme for centuries. Zen décor are using wood and stone elements, low ground level furniture and open breathing space. u can seldom see a sofa in the living room, but a mat is placed in the center of the room with comfortable pillows.
