Try putting random combinations together. Which characters do u like besides Punzy and Flynn? of movies? For example, if u like Beauty and the Beast and also Pochahontas - u can put Belle with Kocoum of maybe Beast/Adam and Nakoma! Try thinking outside the box - using characters who aren't the main ones is a good idea too, like Charlotte, Gaston, Chien Po, Jafar, Vanessa, Ugly Sisters etc x
