Stinky Pete, Turbo, and Waternoose were the only ones that really surprised me

The commercials spoiled Syndrome and Muntz for me

I remember somebody on fanpop just announced Hans was the villain on the Disney Princess wall months before the movie was even released so that was ruined for me, also tumblr spoiled Ernesto for me

Te Ka, Auto, and Bellwether didn't really surprise me so much as had me thinking "What..."

Yokai, Lotso, and Evelyn didn't surprise me because I saw those coming several miles away

His true identity was a real surprise. At the time, Lotso and Hans surprised me, too.

Her, Lotso, and Hans for the most. I already feel like there's something wrong about De La Cruz and King Candy.

I figured there was something kinda sketch about Candy, but I didn't realize he WAS Turbo. Similar how I didn't realize Yokai was Callaghan.

I mean, her motive makes sense, but it just wouldn't have occurred to me at all that she was the mastermind.

Most of these didn't really surprise me, actually. I mean it's not like I was like "oh they're definitely the villain", I just wasn't shocked when it was revealed (like in Lotso's case for example). Though tbh I already saw a spoiler before I watched Frozen that Hans was the villain, so I think I would've been shocked if I didn't know.

I haven't even seen Incredibles 2 but I knew she was the villain from just looking at the cast list - Evelyn Deavor/Evil Endeavor.... like yeah.

A few of these were spoiled for me.
Also these days, I do this skeptical "Spot the unlikely villain" game.
