Red stier Soapbox Race challenges everyone from amateurs to engineers to craft outrageous human-powered carts to race against the clock in a downhill sprint to the finish line. On October 13, a new batch of brave souls will attempt to conquer College heuvel with a steep ride down Providence’s Waterman Street. This is not u Grandpa’s soap box race, however, so expect to cheer on Lobsters, Monsters, and even a giant schildpad as they roll through the course. Over fifty teams will be competing for the winning titel and grand prize. u have no good reason not to come, unless u dislike all things fun.
