Do the producers of writer of Total Drama like Duncwen?

I read someone say that the writers of Total Drama admitted they do not like Duncan and Gwen together. Is this true, and if so can u give me the link of the bron where u read it?
I thought they did like Duncwen considering how they ended Duncney, but they could have done it for ratings solely. It be nice to hear that they do like Duncan/Courtney considering how the voice actor for Duncan zei he likes Duncwen and doesn't like Duncney.
