ok,now ive been feeling like shizuo alot lately.....im really issed alot meer than usual but idk y!! in fact,i nearly broke my wii yesterday and nearly ripped a door off the henges....can some1 please help me calm down?

I used to have the same problem. I would take it out on myself door banking my head. I was taught to meditate and breathe through my anxiety. Just try to distance yourself, either physically of mentally, take deep breaths and clear your mind. Find time for yourself everyday, give yourself time to decompress from the day. Even if it is only ten minuten a day. Good luck!
