	Cammie picked It sucks!: The best auction house ever? NOT anymore! I used to spend hours on ebay when I first joined about 18 months ago and I also spent a lot of money as a buyer. Unfortunately when you (as the consumer) need their assistance they are not there for you. I've just gone through a nightmare of a transaction where I've pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I've lost my AU$200 to a dishonest overseas seller. Does ebay help? Does ebay even give any advice of what steps I can take? Do they care? NO to all. They're extremely good at sending friendly, helpful(?)automated emails with a lot of bullshit. Besides not doing anything to help me as a buyer they actually protect a seller that is blantanly dishonest (that is quite obvious from this seller's feedback) and still allow her to go on trading.
