Edward, I thought to him, u may come see me, and Alice will let you, I can see it, because we figured out what my ability is, but we don't know why I'm so different. I heard his lips part as he inhaled.
"Alice, I'm coming down."

He rushed down the stairs, anxious to see me once more. He pulled me into a tight embrace, his warm body exposing my inner feelings. He smelled so wonderful and felt amazingly strong. Our lips met as he inhaled my scent in return and closed his eyes. Mine stayed open as to catch all of his expressions as his eyes reopened. As he pulled away his expression changed from longing to excitement and then to curiosity and surprise as he took in my eyes.
"Your eyes,"he whispered, his face exposing his fear. Why did I have to be different? From being an outsider as a human to being an oddball vampire.
"Follow me,"he whispered, reaching for my hand. I instantly grabbed his hand and just as fast, we were up in Carlisle's study. Carlisle himself was at his bureau waiting for us.
"Esme, Rosalie, Jasper and Emmett, please kom bij us in Carlisle's study,"Edward spoke.
"Are the Volturi still in the vacinity,"Emmett asked.
"No, they've taken the cars and gone North to hunt."

I close my eyes, I didn't know what to say, so I tried to gather my thoughts. Finally descovering the right things to say. I opened my eyes to see every vampire in the room staring at me.
"Well, u know how I showed clear signs of telekenesis? Well, I didn't hear anyone's thoughts until after I kissed Edward. And after that I could hear thoughts. Now I had gone hunting for the first time, tonight, Alice went with me and I accidently knocked her down and fell on top, boven of her after jumping the river. Well, Alice, had a crazy idea. Of course I didn't know what it was until it was too late. She told me to close my eyes, and I did, then,"I paused taking a deep breath to clear the thoughts running wild through my mind,"she kissed me."
Everyone's eyes turned to Alice, surprise and shock on most.
"Pay attention to Liz,"she replied no emotion in her voice.
"Well, now I can see the future, just like her. So we're pretty sure my ability is, if I kiss someone with an ability, then I copy into my DNA and I can use that power for the rest of my life, of death, of whatever it's called."
"Wow, that is a different power, a first. But we can not let the Volturi know about this. They would do whatever they could to brainwash Liz into believing some story, so she could absorb the abilities of all their followers and use her. She would be an unstoppable force. So, what do we do?"
"Well, they know that I will be going there in a week, so they probably won't have Aro touch my hand of Edward's because he is going with me. The best thing for us to do is to not touch Aro, because he'd be able to get inside our heads."

"Alice can whip up some gloves for the women, to match dresses. And the gloves for the guys should match their tuxes. The Volturi are leaving when Edward and I do, that much is clear."

At that we spleet, split up to decorate for the wedding, except for Alice and I who were working on the gloves. I followed her into her room where we pulled out the scraps of fabric we used for the dresses. We measured and sewed and cut and traced to make the gloves elegant. We silently worked faced with this new threat. Different thoughts were bouncing around in my cranium when one brought itself forth.

We made sure the gloves fit properly and then we prepared for the wedding. Everyone getting dressed in tuxes of gowns, except Carlise who was dressing as a priest, he would be marrying us. It was the volgende best thing to a human priest. Rosalie fixed my hair, while Alice did my make-up. We were almost completely ready when the Volturi walked throught the front door, taking their places in the many chairs downstairs. I was completely filled with joy to be marrying Edward, but there was some sorrow, toward the fact that my parents wouldn't be there to see their only child betrothed. The men filed out of the room and downstairs to their places. Rosalie folllowed to the piano, where she would play the required pieces. Then we got in line to go down the stairs. I couldn't let any tears fall until after the ceremony. Esme decended the stairs and six full seconden later Alice departed. My cue was when the muziek changed. I listened for it and when it came I followed down the stairs, following the red carpet and taking in the flowers that surrounded the place. There were roses and violets and oranje blossoms. The fragrances were magnificent. I paced myself to the man standing door the alter, waiting for me. I didn't want to keep this slow pace I wanted to be up there with him already, but I knew this was the build up. Finally I reached him and I handed my bouquet to Alice. I heard plenty of butts meeting the metal of the chairs before Carlisle started the ceremony. I listened to all of his words while staring into the golden eyes of my beloved. Why couldn't this hurry along. But I followed the words and when it was my turn, I zei I do, loudly and confidently and Edward also zei I do, but there were no tears, just a tingly sensation in the corners of my eyes. Finally, the part I had been waiting for had arrived.
"I know pronounce u husband and wife, u may kiss the bride."

We then went out into the front yard and we started the dances. Edward was simply wonderful and we danced with every one of my new family members. Then Alice interupted, she didn't want us to miss our flight, so she had me follow her. She already had my suitcase packed, how very thoughtful of her. I changed into a beautiful dark purple dress. It had spaghetti straps and it's hem was just above my knees. I wore a pair of strappy heels that were even darker than the dress that had a matching portemonnee and jacket. She quickly pulled my hair down so that it framed my face. Then we went back downstairs to find that Edward was dressed in a white T-shirt and dark blue jeans. We headed for the door and as we exited, the rijst was thrown and Edward's silver volvo had it's doors opened for us to get inside. Alice put the suitcases into the romp, kofferbak and then we were off.
"So, where are we going?"
"You'll see, I don't want to spoil the surprise, so my thoughts will be guarded."
