That means no dairy products, no meat, nothing that contains animal. If u were to go Vegan once a week, that would be saving our animals meer then u realize. I did mention about going Vegan in an artikel in Health Magazine. So please take a part of Earth dag in your local city, look up Earth dag in your city and find something that can help out our world.
