no i do not but i searched and found when gray and the others were born namely in the jaar x766 so then natsu is most likely born aswell and if u take the beginning of the series (anime) its 784 so then natsu is 18
For real we don't know how old is Natsu.In one chapter cover then it's like what cahracter like and don't age and etc. Natsu's age was unknown.So it can be he is from past and he travelled throught the time.And of course he can be 18 years old but I don't think so.

i've been thinking something in those courses too. what if Zeref sort of sent Natsu to the future when he was little (and that is where Igneel found him) or, Igneel wasn't the one who left. it was Natsu who got sent to the future without noticing. and because Igneel and Natsu were living in the forest (or something like it, not in the city anyway) so Natsu couldn't possibly tell the difference when he came to Fairy Tail. but his body is still aging, so biologically speaking, my guess would be between 17-19
umm.....true but do u think they could have had spaghetti, ramen, hamburger 400 years in the past, as natsu seemed to know these things when he first came.
