Usually, that means you're trying to rate content that was uploaded from the same computer you're using. If you're sure the content wasn't uploaded from your computer, then u should send in a meld to the F4 to see if they can look into the problem.

Thanks for the advice, i really appreciate it, and yes, sometimes my vrienden and I would be using the same network, but usually we just used our own. With the new rating system we are able to rate each others stuff. Thanks again! Ash xx
