EDIT: I'm not sure. From what I've been able to tell, the badges are a world-wide thing, meaning they don't focus on any one particular country's tradition. Red Nose dag isn't a world-wide event, so it wouldn't have as much meaning to those to don't know what it is.

"Red Nose Day" is when people do things wearing red noses and dress up and do activitys to raise money to help people in less fortunate countries. :)
