Is there any way to get My updates lijst them further back than just 1 day?

It's not the last day; it's just the 100 most recent updates (pages 1 - 5, with 20 to a page). Depending on how many clubs are in your lijst and/or what updates filter u use, that could be anything from the past three months to the last ten minutes.

In general, u get a lijst that goes further back if u use the drop-down filter. For instance, u could sort door "Articles" and probably see a lot further back than, say, "Picks" (and certainly further back than "All updates").
