Question 7..Where can I find the FAQs?
I usually meld these kind of picks/answers and they get deleted as they are effectively spam. The drawback is: all information users leave in the commentaren is lost.
link seems to only be used door a limited number of fans and though I use it frequently I hate how all information is lost in the multiple pages after a while.
I found the officiallinkdon't cover all the basics as I usually like to refer people there.
Also this is in no way meant to rival the very well writtenlink which is much meer detailed.

Go your profiel and click on "fans".
u will see a lijst of iconen and the names of the users u fanned. volgende to their name u see a little red cross. When u click on the kruis the user is deleted from your lijst of fans.
Note: The person will NOT be informed. But some users keep a close eye on their fancount and might research if they see it dropping. They will however NOT get a message saying they were dropped from someone else's fanlist.
2)How do I stel samen an artikel (old name is Soapbox)?
Go to the appropriate club.
zoek before writing a new article. artikels are supposed to be written door users! If u find a funny artikel someone wrote on the Internet post it as a link.
Scroll down to the artikels box.
volgende to the headline u see the option "write article".
3)How do I get a medal?
Medals (little dots u get on your profiel in green,yellow and red) are awarded door the SITE (unlike complimenten which are awarded door USERS see Question 11) for your contributions. No one knows how it really works. Just know that if u contribute a lot of good content u will be rewarded. The F4 won't tell anyone how of when. u can read meer in the site'slink

4) How do I get meer fans?
Don't make picks, forums etc asking for fans. Instead link
5) How do I make a club (old name spot)?
Search!! See if the club already exists. See if a similar club exists. zoek again using other terms to see if u are not making a duplicate club.

8) How do I change my user icon?
(personal tip from me: DON'T attempt door sending me your paswoord and asking ME to change it for you..that will just result in me having fun BUT your image will never be changed)
Instead save a picture to your link. When uploading u will be asked if the image is supposed to be your new user icon. Check that box!
u can only have afbeeldingen u previously added to your gallery as a user icon. If u want another icoon click on the little "person" symbol beneath the image (there is a picture in the artikel I linked) in your gallery and your icoon will automatically be changed.

10) How do I wis a spot I created?
In short: u can't wis a spot yourself!
Once a spot is toegevoegd it belongs to the community of fanpop.com.
u can however link a spot u made. Click on the meld flag on the top, boven of the spot and choose the reason as to why the spot should be deleted.
Also u can leave a commentaar in the "notes" box.
Do not overuse this function! THINK before u make a new spot!
10a) How do I wis my profile?

Click on the "edit profile" symbol underneath your profiel info and scroll to the bottom. Type in your paswoord and click "remove my account".

By contributing great content of leaving nice commentaren on other peoples contributions. Other users on the site compliment u door rewarding u with complimenten and often a nice personal message.

14) How do I meld content?
Look for a little grey flag volgende to the item u want to report. Clicking that will open options (depending on the content) click the one that suits the most e.g. "spam".
Be sure to add additional information in the little notes box.
e.g.when reporting a kwis question: "The correct answer is "1876" but it is not given." Read my commentaar link why using the notes box is so important.

Once a kwis has been answered u can't pas aan the antwoorden anymore. If u made a mistake (marking the wrong answer as "correct" meld the vraag and put an explanation in the notes section. The F4 will then pas aan it to the correct response (if it's given) and all scores will be recalculated. If the correct answer is NOT gegeven the vraag will be removed but u can bevestig it again with the correct answer.

After the spot is created u click on the pencil symbol that says "edit spot" (located on the right, underneath the standard banner, volgende to the meld button). This will take u to the editing page where u can uploaden both icoon and banner.Uploading might take a moment- make sure u wait its completed before hitting submit.

Also remember: The spot belongs to the community. u as a spot creator have the power to change the icoon and banner but don't drive fans of the spot crazy door constantly changing them.

21) How do I block a user from sending me messages?
Open a message they sent you. On the bottom of the message u will find several options: reply, delete, block user,return to inbox. Press "block user". In your message section u can always click "blocked users" on the top, boven line to see people u blocked. They will not be notified of this. Their messages will be sent normally and u will NOT get notified (no envelope and no "new message number". It will however stay in your trash folder until u wis it for good. If people spam u continuously of send abusive messages meld them of contact the F4 directly. Don't use this option lightly especially when it comes to personal feuds.

You can not change your username. Once u have created a profiel its there to stay. u can meld it and then make a new account but I advise u not to. Once u are a part of the community that's your name, this is how people will recognize you

Flickerflame ^It can't be done. You can't have a gif as an icon. It was only possible for a short while, years ago, as part of a glitch. They probably take up too much space.

xXxAngelessxXx has something changed? because i can't block because that option isn't visible under that person's message and i want to block them ^^;; is there another way this can be done?
LowriLorenza89 ^I just checked and it was possible for me. Go to your inbox and open a message from whoever you want to block. Click on Block User (the third green button beneath the message). A warning comes up asking if you're sure you want to move their future messages to trash, so select Yes there.
