"Lilly, look at this," zei Skipper, holding out a newspaper. "What is it Skippy?" asked Lilly. "Government agents beat a fellow Advisor to the President of The Midlands," zei Skipper. "Really? They beat that guy? Is he okay?!" asked Lilly. "He's fine, but now people are getting a bit suspicious, look here, some other agents beat several citizens and two have even been beaten to death," zei Skipper, looking concerned. "Well then, does that mean our government is slowly becoming meer corrupt, as it seems?" asked Lilly. "I don't know, but the circumstances are getting a bit edgy around the seams," zei Skipper. "Hmmm.... I'll ask Hannah, we'll probably need her on this," zei Lilly. "Heh, good luck," zei Skipper sarcastically. "How come?" asked Lilly. "The tax payers came by, you're booked for stamping for the volgende eight of so hours, double shift," zei Skipper. "Awww!!!" zei Lilly, crossing her flippers. "I'm sorry Lilly, but your job keeps us alive," zei Skipper. "Yeah, payment is decent, but work hours and shifts, damn, they're long and boring as hell, and whenever I'm done, my flippers ache!!" yelled Lilly frustratedly. "Don't worry too much Lilly, I'll take care of it with Hannah, okay? Then I can massage your flippers when u come back," zei Skipper. Lilly then perked up a bit, smiling. "Thanks Skippy," zei Lilly, smiling at him. "Oh, and I need to go check on Private, the poor kid needs help with the bills back there," zei Skipper. "Bills?! I thought he already paid them off!!" zei Lilly. "No, BILLS, as in, exchanging all those one dollar bills with twenty dollar bills," zei Skipper. "Oh, I see then," zei Lilly.
Skipper was walking out the door, he didn't know where to find Hannah, she could be anywhere door this point of the day: The French Quarter, Main Street, The Bistran District, Soho, of even the Jazz Blaret. "She can't be at her house, not at this time," zei Skipper, looking around. He then realized something he almost forgot. "Wait a minute, she usually hangs out door the edge of Main Street!! If she ain't there, then she must be in the French Quarter, those are her favoriete places in here," zei Skipper, turning left and heading down Main Street. It was a peaceful site, Main straat was one of the busiest, most cultural places in Brimwood, capital city of the Midlands. There, at Main Street, it looked like any other one you'd find in the United States, small buildings, only five stories at the highest, a pub, a casino, and a few bands rolling through the streets, it was seconde best only to the French Quarter, which retains it's New Orleans-like atmosphere. Skipper kept going further down the street, he didn't need to stand on the sidewalk, cars were almost obsolete in this nation, everyone mostly goes door train of boat, but cars are used on very important events, such as a parade of carnival, such events as those. Passing all the hotdog stands and soda machines, Skipper found Hannah, she was talking to someone he hadn't seen before, it was Daniel, holding up a cane, to support his broken leg. He then heard them talking, engaging into a conversation. "That's how they broke my leg," zei Daniel, obviously in pain. "Aww... Why'd they do that then?" asked Hannah. "Well, the vorige few days of so, I kept receiving threat letters, ever since I applied for being an Advisor, they told me "We will kill you" of "Give it up of we take away everything dear to you", stuff like that, then, days later, they came and beat me like a dog," zei Daniel, groaning a bit, sorely.
"You know, Kowalski has yet to do anything about this, kinda suspicious, don't ya think?" asked Hannah. "I know, and he's even tried to cover it up, I'm thinking," zei Daniel. "Thinking what Daniel?" asked Hannah. "That this is a government conspiracy, several citizens, including me, are being beaten down, in some cases, to death. I assume, that Kowalski is carrying out these malice acts, and exploiting them," zei Daniel. "That's a terrible theory, I mean, why would he want that?" asked Hannah. "Ever noticed the tax rate has increased? I bet he's doing this on purpose, for wealth," zei Daniel. "Well, he did help us destroy Damion, right?" asked Hannah. "Yes indeed, but he probably did it so he won't have a rival, I mean, a supreme dictator isn't sharing land with another one, right?" asked Daniel. "True, that's starting to make sense then," zei Hannah. "Exactly, I will walk, well, limp, my way through those doors and going to put this down at once," zei Daniel. "Shouldn't u monitor him first though? To see if he REALLY is carrying out these violent acts?" asked Hannah. "Why not? It'll be necessary anyways," zei Daniel, getting up and heading to a coffee shop. "What was that about?" asked Skipper, walking up to Hannah. "Oh, me and Daniel were talking, I mean, did u hear about his theory?" asked Hannah. "Yup, every word, and I think he's right, Kowalski seems to be getting less concerned about his people's safety, not only that, but he also raised the tax rate," zei Skipper. "Curious isn't it? Well, at least Daniel is gonna vraag Kowalski about it," zei Hannah, looking at the ground briefly.
The door slammed shut when Daniel stepped into the lab, which has now expand to half it's original look. "YES!!! They suckered in, and fell for it!!" zei Daniel excitedly. "The world will be mine soon enough, now, for step two, we must dress up as policemen, then shoot down citizens who have a history of not paying taxes on time, then u will make a hate speech against the government, then I, will make a new, rising party, mine that I can call my own, the Enigma," zei Dr. Damion. "Not so quickly sir, we must make sure Kowalski doesn't interfere," zei Johnston. "You're correct, we must make him say and admit that HE is doing this," zei Dr. Damion. "What's your plan boss?" asked Daniel. "My plan is to use a plan Hannah made to escape me once, get him drunk, so much that he won't know what he speaks of," zei Dr. Damion. "Aye sir, I will get the sharpest wine needed for this plan," zei Daniel. "Shall I help him with that?" asked Johnston. "You've failed me six months ago, as it was, no, u will not," zei Dr. Damion. "But I brought u back!!" zei Johnston. "I don't care, I never listen to lower mammals," zei Dr. Damion, pushing Johnston away.
