I don't like a lot of the trends associated with radical feminism, but I think "radical" is the way to go with all political ideologies, including feminism. Either you believe in its principles or you don't. I try to apply feminism "to the root", but "radical feminist" carries a lot of associations I dislike and so don't identify with the label. I think a lot of radical feminists are admirable even though I don't always agree with them, though.

Just the word 'radical' to me, raises a red flag. I mean, they do know what they want and stop at nothing to achieve it and that's a good thing (sometimes), but... I don't know. =/

I agree with Dragonclaws. Although I may not agree with everything they say, I still think we need them. :)

Me? I think they're brave. In a world where feminism is a bad word, it took a lot of guts for me to admit to my friends i am a feminist...But a radical feminist? I admire them for being so open with their beliefs, without fear of being labeled anything.

Well, even radical Feminism is still much better than chauvinism, so I don't know about my choice...
