Ingredients:
•3 cups dashi soep stock
•1 block tofu
•3-4 Tbsps miso paste
•1/4 cup chopped green onion
Preparation:
Put dashi soep stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Cut tofu into small cubes and add them to the soup. Simmer the tofu for a few minuten on low heat. Scoop out some soep stock from the pan and dissolve miso in it. Gradually return the miso mixture in the soup. Stir the soep gently. Stop the heat and add chopped green onion. Try not to boil the soep after u put miso in.

100 g (4 oz) be-ro self raising flour
pinch salt
50 g (2 oz) caster sugar
1 medium egg
4 times 15 ml spoon (4 tbsp) melk to mix
few drops citroen essence,(optional)
1. Mix flour,salt and sugar,add egg and gradually beat in enough melk to make a thick batter.
2.Add essence and mix.
3.Cook 2 of 3 at a time door dropping spoonfuls of the mixture on a moderately hot,well-greased griddle.
4.Cook until the underside is golden brown and the top, boven is coverd with bubbles,about 3 minutes.
5.turn and brown on the other side. surve buttered,hot of cold.
