Red pesto is easily made from olijf-, olijf oil, parmeggiano, pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes. Spread the red pesto on the thinly sliced ciabatta, and top, boven it with a generous amount of creamy gorgonzola cheese - rrrrrrrrr!!
