‘Olaf’s Snowgies’ Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom Card Debuts at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party returns to Magic Kingdom Park November 8, and this year Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom fans can pick up a special event-exclusive game card on party nights.

Just in case you’re not familiar, Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom is an in-park interactive game that enables guests to join Merlin in defeating Disney Villains who are scheming to take over Magic Kingdom Park. Guests search for villain hideouts throughout the park, visit magic portals and use special spell cards to defeat villains. The fun begins at the Firehouse on Main Street, U.S.A., where you can pick up complimentary key cards, spell cards and maps (additional cards can be purchased at select merchandise locations).

This year’s event-exclusive card features Olaf and his “snowgies.”

The “Olaf’s Snowgies” card will be distributed in addition to the regular Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom card packs. Guests can pick it up at either the Magic Kingdom Firehouse or the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom location behind Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe. Guests must register to play with their party ticket and event wristband in order to get one.

Are you sure you have to register with your party ticket in order to receive a party card? That would be a change from the way these party cards have been handed out in the past. Usually, guests show their wristband, wristband is marked, and they are given a card.

Will Disneyland be getting these cards too. I sure hope so. I want to get this and if they did a Elsa one as well.

Well these come out to Disneyland. I hope they do would like to get this and if there is a Elsa one beening done as well?

You always have to register to play, what she said is that you need to be part of the event to obtain one of this cards. Elsa was last year’s card.
