TVXQ takes home pagina 5 awards,Snsd, APink, BTS, and VIXX also win at the 'Japan goud Disc Awards'! 

TVXQ takes home five awards, Girls\' Generation, A Pink, BTS, and VIXX also win at the \'Japan Gold Disc Awards\'!

For the second year in a row, TVXQ proved to be the crowd favorite at the \'29th Japan Gold Disc Awards\' on March 2!  Girls\' Generation also did incredibly well, proving to be one of the most popular girl groups in Japan.

It was revealed during this event that the duo won five awards in four sections: \'Best Asian Artist,\' \'Best Album of the Year,\' \'Best MV,\' and \'Best 3 Album (2 awards)\'!  Their album \'

Tree\' received the honor of \'Best Album of the Year\' while \'TVXQ Live Tour 2014~Tree~\' won the \'Best MV\' in Asia.  Lastly, \'Tree\' and \'With\' both made the \'Best 3 Album\' for a total of five wins. 

The Best\' was the third album that won the \'Best 3 Album\' award while "Indestructible" from that album won \'Song of the Year by Download\' in Asia, earning the girls a total of two awards.  

Both A Pink, BTS, and VIXX celebrated their successful debuts in Japan as they won in the \'Best 3 New Artists in Asia\' category.  BTS even won \'New Artist of the Year\'!

TVXQ has always been immensely popular in Japan, often ranking first on various music charts and sweeping in a ton of audience members whenever they\'re on a solo tour in Japan!  They\'re currently having a successful second Japanese 5-dome tour, \'

TVXQ Live Tour 2015 ~WITH~\' and will have five concerts in Osaka from March 14 to 15 and 17 to 19.

I\'m surprised because after browsing through the comments, I see MOST of them are about TVXQ and SNSD. They dominate in Japan and around Asia.

Many comments are about TVXQ despite that many tvxq fans boycotted allkpop a long time ago because they are so biased

@JYJreturn Really? This year, allkpop has been making more news articles about TVXQ than before. Among the writers and editors, one of them seems to be Yunho biased.

@nhtrmmy Not really . Most of tvxq news are not even reported .TVXQ sold over 130k in oricon weekly chart last week but no news from allkpop

@JYJreturn that\'s actually stupid 0.0 rather than boycotting, they should\'ve attacked akp with tons of tips (like what I and a group of girls have been trying to do, wait you\'re included I think?) to force them to write the boys the articles they deserve.

A good number of comments is about TVXQ ;) The others perhaps just care about their biases (like me lol) Or felt as if they had to swallow their pride to congratulate the real kings *smirks *

Maybe we can all have peace now. These 2 awardings have shown us where they stand. While Bigbang and 2NE1 dominates internationally, SNSD dominates in Asia. Happy now?

BB and 2NE1 interwhat? ALL the KPOP it\'s nugu in the west, don\'t try to show up the billboard here please, nobody can maintain the position peak for more than the released date, so really relevant matter for kpop it\'s Asia: Japan (2nd biggest market) and China

@jeffer720 Yeah, Kpop is relevant around Asia but it\'s not mainstream to the general public outside of Asia or in the West. I also found out that Kpop is not mainstream to the general public in (mainland) China either.

@JYJreturn you know, I\'m not trying to have fanwar against Cassies. I know they have largest fanbase but I\'m not trying to have arguments with you because of that. I just thought that you will ignore my comment because I\'m talking about SNSD. I also don\'t know if TVXq is more relevant than Suju in otherAsian countries so I try not to compare.

Duh. 2NE1\'s I am the best has been on the top for monts and it returned to top 1 this february. Why are you so bitter about them being succesful internationally if you think it\'s not relevant? Lol I think you can call it MORE succesful when people who are not KPOP fans are giving respect to your craft. Especially if it is from people with big names also. That\'s what BB and 2NE1 are getting. Please be more open minded in the future. Lol accept it and if not, it\'s not my problem. You may grouch about it as long as you please.
