the easiest way is to put pointer on picture then right click mouse, a list will appear go down it and click "copy".

then go to your email...

put pointer in your letter and right click, go down the list that appears and click "paste" and the picture will appear in your letter.
then send it.

to copy to your computer the pics you want you put pointer on picture right click mouse and click "save picture as"

then a folder will come up and you click the button that says "save" on the folder.
