today I found a pretty good tutorial on how to make screencaps (automatically, u don't have to press a button each time u want to create a screencap).
I found it on livejournal, downloaded the programm, tried it and I'm currently uploading my first own screencaps from the House episode : 1x19.
The quality is pretty good, altough not HD like the screencaps here:

So if u need screencaps of House, u might zoek for them over there before u make your own, but they don't have all the episodes there, so if u need screencaps of an episode they don't have, u can easily make your own :))
This is the programm u need to download, it's like windows media player of any other programm that aantal keer bekeken DVDs, avi files, mpg,...and so on.

And if u have this, u open the programm and u take a look at the guide a nice person geplaatst on livejournal, which u can find here and which explains how to make the screencaps:
