Basic photoshop knowledge is required for this. It doesn't start from zero.
Don't be afraid to try it. It looks meer complicated than it actually is ;)

Open the Cuddy and House picture.
Duplicate your base and call it „CuddyHouse“.

Create a new Hue/saturation layer above it and reduce the saturation to -60.

Make a new Color Balance Layer and put the following settings:
Midtones: 0 0 +38
Highlights: 0 0 +21

Open this Red stier picture : link and copy and past it into your image. The new layer should be above all the others.
