"Cuddy?"
"You need to sleep now." Cuddy zei as she pulled his blankets up around him.
"What? You're gonna sit door my bedside all night. You've done that before. Your neck will hurt like hell tomorrow and u won't let me hear the end of it. Get in here already." He zei as he pulled the covers back and moved to the left side of the bed.
"I'm fine in this chair."
"Cuddy, I'm not gonna cop a feel unless u want me to." He zei with a cheeky grin.
Cuddy sighed in exasperation and shook her head.
"House, I don't think..."
"Don't think about this just get in the damn bed so I can get some rest."
Cuddy rolled her eyes and crawled into bed volgende to him. They lay back to back.
"Happy now? u act worse than Rachel when she wakes up from a nap. Atleast her excuse for whining is she's an infant. u on the other hand..."
"I get it mom. Can we go to bed now?" House snarked.
"Fine."
A few minuten of silence passed between them but neither was able to sleep.
Cuddy turned on her side to face him. His back was still toward her.
"What Cuddy?" House asked. He could feel her eyes boring into his back. Sighing to himself he turned to face her too.
"What?" He asked softer this time.
"I know u don't want to talk about what happened in my office today. I know u want to act like everything is normal between us and fall into this verbal judo we always feel comfortable with but House..."
"It was just an effect of the procedure. Lets not make it meer than..."
"You asked how 'our' daughter was. u kissed me on the cheek and zei I looked beautiful."
"It's doctor jekyl/mr. hyde in reverse. u know the drugs make me act sugary sweet sometimes,but it doesn't remotely mean that I want your poop machine to be my kid of that I want u for that matter." He zei in a hardly audible tone. His eyes looked away from hers.
"You could barely even get that rationalization out...Maybe it is a side effect, but those feelings didn't come out of thin air."
House closed his eyes.
"You of course like me when I'm Dr. Jekyl. But what about now? Now that I'm Mr. Hyde again?" He asked as he opened his eyes.
"If u recall I wanted u months geleden when u were the same misanthropic bastard u are right now. Do I like it when u switch into nice mode? Sometimes I do. But I like u anyway that u are, be that good, bad, and in-between. u just never believe me." She zei turning away from him.
House sighed again and drew his hand out to touch her shoulder.
"I believe you...that's the problem."
"...I don't want to get hurt either, House."
"I know." He zei as he removed his hand from her shoulder.
Cuddy turned to face him once more.
"We both know promises are usually broken. So, lets not make any promises. Just..."
House was staring at her intently wondering what she was going to say next.Instead of finishing her sentence she pulled House's lips down to meet hers.
At first he was caught off guard door the sudden action but it didn't take long for him to feed his own desire door capturing her lips with his.
House suddenly pulled her on top, boven of him. His hands held her waist. Cuddy broke from the kiss.
"Cuddy?"
Cuddy, still on top, boven of House, sat up. A smile slowly formed on her face as she pulled her overhemd, shirt over her head. She wore no bra. House's eyes grew wide from the revelation.
Cuddy took his trembling hands and placed them against her breasts. He stroked her tenderly causing her to sigh happily from the friction. Slowly, House freed one of his hands and used it to pull her face back down to meet his.

"No promises." He whispered before he tasted her lips once more.
