f(x)’s Luna revealed who was the first to contact her following her appearance on “King of Mask Singer,” even before the big identity reveal.

On the upcoming May 27 broadcast of MBC’s variety talk toon “Radio Star,” Luna will be sharing about the responses of the people around her after finding out that she was the mysterious ‘Gold Lacquer’ singer who took the crown two times in a row.

When the MCs asked, “After appearing on the broadcast, who was the very first person to contact you?” Luna revealed, “IU was the first to contact me,” tonen their close friendship.

The f(x) member continued, “Even before my identity was unveiled, IU texted me, ‘Gold Lacquer Luna, your singing improved a lot?’”

Luna also shared that Lee Soo Man sent her a message of congratulations after the toon as well: “Our company president also sent me a congratulatory text,” which caused fellow SM Entertainment artist and “Radio Star” MC, Super Junior‘s Kyuhyun, to express his jealousy.

This episode of “Radio Star” is set to air on May 27 at 11:15 p.m. (KST).
