(Last time we left off, Jacob kissed Bella and Bella couldn't sleep)
I sat at my window for a long time thinking things through. Why did Jacob kiss me? And why when He was gone? I really was worried about how that would affect us. Suddenly, I heard thefamiliar yet rythmic pattern of rocks on my window. I rushed to the window and opened it and then came Jacob inside but, instead of landing gracefully he collapsed on my floor. I quickly went to his side and turned him over. I saw three deep cuts dug in his arm so deep I could've sworn I saw bone. I tried not to think of it that way my stomach wouldn't turn on me.
"Jacob, wake up!" I said.
No reply.
"Please Jacob answer me! Who did this to you?" I pleaded.
His face slowly opened but I could see the pain in his eyes.
"It was.." he responded weakly.
"Who?" I demanded.
"Victoria," he explained softly.
Oh no. Not my best friend, not now. I couldn't lose him now. I needed him for everything. I wouldn't dare to think my life without him.
"But I thought wolf's healed fast," I said.
"We do but with vampire's wounds it's a little slower," he answered slowly.
"Well can't the other's help?" I asked hopefully.
"Not right now. They're still hunting her now. They don't have time to help me," he said.
"Well can I take u to the hospital?" I pleaded. He was in dire need of help.
"No they'll then suspect something and start to ask me vragen like what was I doing out this late of how I got this," He explained.
"Well at least let me take care of you. Here u can rest on my bed," I told him.
He nodded slowly and I carefully led him to my bed.
"Wait here. I'll bring back sanitizer and some bandages," I zei rapidly.
I soon left the room quietly and crept to the upstairs bathroom. I scoped out the bandages and the sanitizer. I crept back to my room and found Jacob soundly asleep on my bed. I stared at his peaceful face at least for a minuut before I noticed again his wound. It was still badly cut deep so I rushed over and started to rub the sanitizer over his arm. He flinched a bit at the stinging sensation but then he went back to normal. I soon covered his whole arm with the bandage and not a single mark could be seen. I really didn't want to wake his so I just sat there slowly carresing his hair. It felt so unusual to have him her sleeping on my bed. Soon I fell into a trance inbetween sleeping and being awake... I didn't know what was happening to me but I soon started to lean vooruit, voorwaarts to his face. What was I doing? I couldn't wake him like this. As soon as I found out what I was doing, I still couldn't stop myself until my lips suddenly pressed against his.
