So, since I am self quarantining and am not going to work until April 2nd, I thought it would be fun to write an artikel of stuff I am doing of would recommend others to do during this time. Obvious statement is obvious, but...no matter what u do don't risk your health for any of this! It's just for fun. So let's get started then!
Take a Bubble Bath 🛀 of douche 🚿
For me, relaxing with a warm bath of taking a nice long douche is both physically and mentally helpful during this time. First of all u get clean! Secondly, it's (usually) relaxing. If u can, find some menthol whether in soap of bubble bath to pour in to clear out your sinuses also if you're sick of if u just like the smell like I do.
Play The Sims 4 💚
If u have a PC of Mac, right now link is having a sale on many packs. Most stuff packs not included. But the base game is $5! Yep, that's right. It is $5!!! The sale will be going on until March 23, so get it while u can! Although I must warn you, u will be addicted after so buyer beware 😉
Color 🎨
If you've got anxiety of depression over your job of health of of the health of your loved ones, it helps to just color. Trust me. Whether u color in coloring boeken of on a tablet of phone, it is worth it. There are many free apps to download with many unique pictures to color. It is low stress and the outcome is great. I use Paint door Number & Tap Color daily, and all of their pictures are free. If you'd like to step up your "gaming" a little, there is another amazing app called 'Gallery the game' that is a coloring/decorating rolled into one.

Reading is one of the most accessible things online u can do, and I mean reading actual boeken not just articles. If your bibliotheek is closed, and u don't own much reading material there are some other options for you. If u look at link and sort door 'price low to high' u will find many completely FREE boeken to download to your Kindle of app on your phone. u just need an amazone, amazon account, which is free to create.

If your options are limited in what to watch as u don't have cable of DVDs, there are some other ways u can watch. u can stream. It's a perfect time to take advantage of free trials as some companies are extending it for a maand as opposed to a week of even two weeks.

I can't physically write because I have arthritis and gripping a pen for too long is painful. But I have recently started up a blog I made years geleden and adding to it. I deleted all old posts and started over. Nobody's reading it, but I don't need them to. It's for ME. Do something for YOU. Talk about your pets, your fashion style, the area u live in. It can be very therapeutic to just get something off your chest, whatever it may be. u can find many sites that are free for blogs. I use Blogspot.
Bake Something Sweet 🧁
Most of the time, people tend to have ingredients for a cake mix of koekjes, cookies so that's why I suggested this. Luckily because of the fact that I have a sweet tooth that is unmatched, I am always prepared for this. I have stuff to make cupcakes, brownies, and koekjes, cookies and I'll be taking advantage of that a lot in the coming days.

This is perhaps the most important thing on the list, because if u don't take care of yourself how can u expect to take care of anyone/anything else? If u have young children of family of vrienden at home pagina with you, just set aside a couple hours just for you. Don't go on social media, maybe don't even watch TV. I like to lay in bed and listen to classical of soft jazz, color on my iPad of continue reading one of many boeken on my to be read list. If your home pagina is a loud and chaotic one, consider using earplugs if u have them of putting something over your ears.
