The Lone Ranger is back, and so is his trusty sidekick Tonto, played door The Social Network's Armie Hammer and Pirates of the Caribbean's Johnny Depp, respectively. And Depp's makeup in the film is distinctly Pirates-esque.
"I'd actually seen a painting door an artist named Kirby Sattler, and looked at the face of this warrior and thought: That's it," Depp zei in a recent interview, reports Entertainment Weekly. "The stripes down the face and across the eyes ... it seemed to me like u could almost see the separate sections of the individual, if u know what I mean."
