I know Johnny doesn't care about all the Hollywood hype. But it seems that it does make a difference in Hollywood. We have NO idea what offers are offered to him, so we don't know what impact it has on Johnny.

I think pretty much everyone knows who he is and he doesnt need an oscar to prove how amazing he is as an actor. All his fans know how good he is and I think thats good enough. ♥

I just think that it is always the same type of actors and acctresses that win best actor/actress and diretor ...Personally i think tim Burton and Johnny deppp deserve oscars...i am not 100% sure about helena yet though

he's not underrated...alot of actors hasn't got oscars yet they are extreemly talanted and successful like will smith and jennifer aniston and also sandra bullock and brad pitt and they all have great fan base which alot of award winning actors wish they have
so it's not that big of a deal johnny is great and he doesn't need an oscar to prove it

I'm not suprised though, because Johnny plays alot of characters that are faaaaaaaaar from mediocrity, and it seems that the academy's look for Hype and mediocrity, which is BS. I want to see him win something for the work he does one day. I also love that fact that he isn't into the whole celeb hype crap, he's so down to earth and wonderful.
