Kim Hyun Joong\'s assault case comes to a close with his letter of apology

It looks like Kim Hyun Joong\'s scandalous assault case is coming to a close.

Star News, "We agreed on a withdrawal of litigation with no conditions if Kim Hyun Joong officially apologizes.  The withdrawal will occur tomorrow in the afternoon.

"It was important to ease her feelings.  She wanted an apology more than discussing right and wrong.  We officially apologized, and she decided to withdraw the lawsuit after accepting his feelings."

On the same day, Kim Hyun Joong indeed wrote out a letter of apology on his official home page, addressing his ex-girlfriend.  

He wrote, "I am really sorry for inflicting a lot of psychological and physical pain on the person whom I\'ve trusted and loved and vice versa for two years through this act.  I am ashamed that I behaved in a way I shouldn\'t have as a man.  As everything in this incident was my fault, that person has no reason for receiving criticism.  I apologize once again to that person, and I want to relay words of apology like this to that person\'s family and acquaintances.

"I hope, more than anything, that she will accept my apology and forgive me.  Using this as an opportunity, I will work hard to become a bit more considerate and to live more healthily."

if thisgirl end up death in the near future, we will know who did it and we will know who to blame.

To the peeps hashtaggin for KHJ\'s arrest....... THE WOMAN EFFIN ASKED FOR IT. Doesnt matter if its money or apology, she chose to withdrew. And that was the end of the drama. It\'s not even April 1st or hidden camera but we got punk. What a joke? To those who are using #ArrestKimHyunJoong, you need to give yourselves a break. This case was fishy from the beginning to the end and now it ended therefore what you are asking for is not going to happen. In my opinion, either both of them are hiding something that they don\'t want investigators to find out or she was just a woman scorned. If not why start all this just to get an apology? Am I thinking too much into it or someone else agree with me. 

They forgot to mention the money he would give her too. Do you think she pulled him through all this just for an aplogy? This is not fairytale it\'s real life. He\'s guilty and she used that to milk money from him simple and short

it\'s her choice to drop the lawsuit, but isn\'t domestic violence a crime and shouldnt criminals be punished or jailed? 

therefore, shouldn\'t khj be punished according to the the law rather than her wishes?

I think she knew that she\'d never get justice through court. Just look at what happened with Ryu Shi Won. He assaulted his wife and she even had audio proof of him threatening her on a CD. The judge found him guilty but he only had to pay $7000  USD. What kind of justice is that? At least with KHJ\'s case he\'s forced to publicly admit he\'s an abuser and this will probably cost him more financially long term. For someone like KHJ, image is everything. By ruining his image, he loses fans which means less money going into KHJ\'s pocket. He\'ll lose more than $7000 this way. Plus, she saves other girls from becoming potential abuse victims. Now every woman knows they risk being abused if they date KHJ.

I want you all to understand that she dropped the civil lawsuit that doesn\'t mean that the criminal lawsuit is dropped if there is one. It\'s pretty messed up that he did that to another human being but I hope he takes this lesson and learns from it.

HE FUCKING ADMITTED IT, there\'s no bigger proof than that!! If there were no photos, no statements, I wouldn\'t even be here talking about it, but he said himself, and quote: "

If she had a solid case, I don\'t believe it should be solve with just a letter of apology. They did say they want justice, and for that extent of abuse as she said then she should have pursued the case. And so it leads me to believe that she wasn\'t abused, and as wrong as it is she was hit once and she wants to get back at him by reporting him. And that she is more than likely bribed, either by money or something else we would never know. I stand my case that I can\'t see the worse of him and that he can be forgiven by the public, but not so quickly. I don\'t think his career is over though.

woah...according to the previous articles in regards to their conversation thru sms , KHJ already apologize to her after she got hit by him, admit that he regret it and that he wants to end up their relationship. but she still proceed on legal actions, and then she\'ll just end up withdrawing the case  if he\'ll do a public apology???? why do I feel like that she just want  some attention from the netizens and help her drag down his career just because he broke up with her?? it\'s like "If I cant have you then no one will.."

This doesn\'t change the fact that you hit a woman.
