Beyoncé led the way with no less than seven awards which included ‘Best Contemporary R&B Album, for I Am… Sasha Fierce.’ Lady Gaga also zei she was “floored” door her double Grammy win at the 52nd annual award show.
Style icoon Gaga picked up her awards from “Best Electronic/Dance Album,’ for The Fame and ‘Best Electronic/Dance Song, for Poker Face.’
While speaking to Access Hollywood, Gaga zei “I can’t believe it, we won two Grammy's earlier today… I’m just completely floored. And I’ve ruined all of my make up right before the show… crying… I was just so happy.” She added that it was not an award for her, but for her fans. “I love my fans so much. And I wanted them to know that they should believe in themselves.”
Gaga opened the toon with her award winning song ‘Poker Face,’ and then a duet with Sir Elton John for her track ‘Speechless’ and Elton Johns ‘Your Song.’
