Do u think why is that Leonardo DiCaprio never get the Oscar even in Titanic movie?

We know that Titanic received 11 Oscar..Right?! including Best Movie... i think, if one movie become THE BEST MOVIE so as the actor and actress become the best performance... since without the actors how can that movie become THE BEST??? (think)
