Thanks for Sawyer, but seriously... it genuinely hurts my feelings that despite having been a diehard Damon fan since DAY 1 - I'm constantly pushed aside and everyone picks Atie.

Call me a bitch or whatever, but Atie has a BUNCH of male characters that she talks about constantly... Damon is without a doubt my main male. And it's the same shit with Elena. I'm constantly being told i shouldn't take it personally, but how else am i supposed to take it when it's beyond obvious how much i love Damon & Elena as individuals, as well as a couple, yet Atie [and occasionally others] almost ALWAYS get picked over me when it comes to picks about them???

^ That's the reason why I did this kind of pick one and only one time. I don't think Bee made that to hurt you or against you. She just reminds Atie the most while thinking about Damon so I don't think you should take it personnaly.
And I'm just being honest here, I'm quite tired to see such comments on nice picks. We'll soon have to stop those picks to avoid that, that's sad IMO.

I don't think Bee did it to hurt me either, and my comment wasn't solely directed towards Bee... I respect your opinion Ade, but i have every right to be upset that people seem to ignore how much i love Damon in favor of Atie.

I've tried and tried to brush it off, but after a bunch of picks where people act like Atie is the #1 Damon fan when i rarely talk about many other male characters... it's frustrating and i think i have the right to politely say so. I'm not cussing anybody out, I'm not talking nastily to anyone - I'm just telling how i feel.

So I think Atie should have Damon, Ian & TVD. You should win on Delena, Nina & Elena!
And besides, your all time favorite character is not Damon, it's Elena <3

I love Damon so much and all that I'm asking is for a little acknowledgement of that here and there. I'm NOT saying, "I should win every pick about Damon!" or "I should be the only one who gets chosen for Damon" just that i would like it if you guys stopped acting like Atie loves Damon more than me/Atie is a bigger Damon fan than me. etc.

Let me put it like this:

Nic, your all time favorite is Phoebe right? But you absolutely adore Lexie, and Brooke, etc. etc. How would you feel if suddenly, every pick that people made talking about who they associate their favorite characters with -or similar picks- you were consistently ignored for characters that you have very openly expressed your love for??

Let's take it a step further - Damon may not be my #1 overall, but he IS my #1 male... just as Phoebe is your #1 female. So what if people started saying, idk... Ale! {Just randomly picking another LPF member who loves Friends!} Ale is who they associate with Phoebe. Ale loves Phoebe so much, she's the biggest Phoebe fan!! etc. etc. etc.

Don't sit here and tell me that wouldn't upset you. So pardon me, but i think i have every right to be tired of people writing me off when it comes to my favorite male character & my #2 overall character.

^ No that wouldn't upset me! Obviously not the Phoebe example that would upset me but she's my #1 character ever since a lot of years! But Lexie used to be my #2 character and last year I lost to Bee for biggest Lexie fan which was her #2 as well! That didn't upset me because I could never become the biggest Lexie fan! I adore Phoebe so much that I can't claim I'm the biggest fan of others easily! If you want to do that that's fine, just know that I can't pick you in everything and I have to be fair too :)
I'm pretty sure you're the biggest Elena & Delena fan out there, if that's not enough then I'm sorry I guess I'm the bad guy!

Well, I didn't want to say anything because I don't like to get involved in things like these but I don't want anything to get out of hand or anything to go down because of this.

Holly, I actually get where your coming from. I mean P.Sawyer is my all time favorite character, Hilarie is my all time favorite actress/idol, and OTH is my number 2 favorite show but I almost never get associated with any of those things. Yeah, it kinda sucks but at the same time I know that I love these things and I know how big of a fan I am, so for me personally others not associating me with these things doesn't bother me. Also, a lot of people just associate certain people with certain things just depending on their equation with the person. For example, I always seem to associate Hilarie with Maria, even though I know Laura, Amber, and other's are much bigger fans just because Hilarie is someone I majorly fangirl with Maria about. And I always seem to associate One Tree Hill with Celine even though I know her and Ade love the show equally. But I've known Celine longer and Ade and I have always fangirled about other shows much more. So even though I know they both love the show equally, I just associate Celine with the show but that doesn't mean I think Ade loves it any less or that she's a lesser fan.

With the whole Damon/Ian thing I KNOW you and Atie both love the him equally and he's both of your favorite male character/actor which is why when picks with the two of you happen I always seem to switch answers, but others may just associate Atie with him more for their own personal reasons but of course we all know you love him just as much.

And Nic, bro I love you and I get what your getting at, but tone it down a little, dude:P

Besides, (and this is to everyone not just Holly and Nic and yeah I'm talking to myself here to) I think we should all remember that these picks are saying "remind" not whose the biggest fan or who loves it more...reminding could mean anything.

Okay I hope that all made sense and I hope I didn't offend anyone, I've just noticed that this spot has been going through a lot of tension with all this fandom stuff (and once again I'm talking to everyone) but we honestly have another HUGE problem on our hands (do I really need to say what that is?) So we should all really stick together and find a way to solve that.

I get what your saying Moosh, and i apologize if I've overblown things... And i DO understand that for whatever reason [and I'm not saying it like that to be an asshole lol, just that in MY mind, it's unfathomable that anyone could somehow NOT see how much i love Damon!] some people may associate Damon with Atie more - it does kinda hurt my feelings, for the reasons I've already stated, but i get that. I accept that. I just thought it was better to be honest about how I've been feeling, rather than bottle it up and eventually explode with frustration!

I'm sorry but I'm just confused as to where i in any way insinuated that i should be picked in everything...

I know we should probably just let all of this go, but it just kinda makes me feel... idk how to really explain it - i feel confused as to why you, Nic, and Ade seem to have such a problem with me expressing my feelings and being HONEST with everyone... yet ATIE and i have talked privately and she completely understands where I'm coming from/how I'm feeling.

I guess what I'm trying to get at is that while it's totally your business to have your opinions just as i have mine, i DON'T think anyone has the right to chastise me when Atie herself, the one person who actually could be affected by what I'm saying, isn't sitting here saying i shouldn't be feeling like this or voicing it.

I just read the article with all your messages and I'm just so thankful for all of you... this stuff really isn't what's important. I'm sorry if I've overreacted, and ifits okay with you guys, id like to just move on from this.
