Well i dont think so but everyones diffrent. I have a cousin whos 12 and she wears really-i mean really dramatic makeup. Her parents let her-im 1year older and i dont own a tube of lipgloss of an eyeshadow pallet! But i want to wear it so bad!!!!
I dont really think it matters but when i wear lots of makeup i feel like everyone stairs at me but when i wear natural makeup which includes an earthy colours and not to much of it i feel like im hardly wearing any but u can still see it which makes me feel fine but yea everyone is different hopes this helps
Im 10 turning 11 in a couple weeks... I wear makeup, I don't go all crazy but I don't go all serious!! I get pinks to brighten my face... and I use Colorado to look natural. People have hired me to do their makeup.. 12 is PERFECT.
Not at all. I think 12 is the perfect place to start. Anything over 10 is good. Start with some mascara, lipstick, and a little eyeshadow, and see how u like it. Don't go all out with primers, bronzers, face powers of any of that stuff YET. See how u like it first then start getting into meer advanced stuff
