in character and background, which, in your opinion, is the better character: Captain America of Thor?

Thor is a God and Captain America has a shield and is really buff. But honestly thor would deff win.

Thor is a meer developed character pet, glb is just a really buff guy who wanted to be strong to protect his country. That's how he started and much hasn't changed for him in the past 3 decades. Thor however has meer of a backstory and u can connect with him through his struggles with his family and other things. pet, glb is just this ideal patriotic American that hardly anyone can hope to be. I mean none of us can be a god like Thor either but his backstory makes him meer human in a way so....Thor is the better character.
