I don't really care about the clothes...

Half the time I don't even know what they look like when I first hear their music. Clothes/Appearance mean nothing to me when it comes to music.

I'm more interested in their voices...

I do think that the voice is sooooo important and it's what make me a fan BUT If the singer wear those "seaxy" clothes and be almost naked in her\his music video ,I lose the respeact for him\her ,sadley most of the artists do that and I think they just take the easy way to get money ,they also lose thier respeact and I just start hating them with the time and stop listening to them ,I don't care for the clothes style ,but I do care for how much they respect them self's ,so I guess the answer is yes I do care so much

why the hell would ANYONE do that? It isn't what they wear that does the singing and performing.

Not really. I judge more by their music. But still, I love Queen's, Lady GaGa's and David Bowie fashions! I'm a fan of all them and their music!
