i dont think much can beat the rain scene, but i also love peytons little speech in savannah and nathans little speech in sn one when he goes to haley after the hospital.

Come on they(BL) have had all of two speeches...I mean I LOVED them!! But Naley's are wayy better!!! Examples
1.The first I Love you speech.."and it scares me sometimes but there it is...there it is...I love you too
2.the first rain scene...so come on Hales just meet me half way here...why should i...because I'm soorry..because I love you..and beucase you are looking really hot out here and I'm thinking I have to kiss you
3.the first proposal..i could love you forever...so why can't forever start today
4.The first vows...someday this beach might wash away the sun may dim but on that day I will still be loving you..always & forever
5.the I will always protect you speech...i do..i will always always protect you..always
6.The my heart was always with you speech...Nathan there was never a day when my heart wasn't with you here in Tree Hill..there was never a day when I loved it more than I loved you
7.The forgiveness speech...and i just wanted to know if that was still there...nathan you can always call me..always and forever...stay with me tonight..ohh i was hoping you would say that
8.the second rain speech....i was hurt haley but i was still proud of you...
9.the bed scene...i wanna be ur husband again haley
10.the fake rain scene...i wanna you to know how happy you made me and how good my life was with you..its not possible to be this inlove
11.the second wedding vows...i will love you until the end of time...looking in to your eyes my love for you still grows
12.the press conference...Haley whatever it is we are gonna face it together..i promise you i have never been happier...everythings gonna be ok and i love you
13.the bedside speech...you know how ur telling me your not goin anywhere well i need to hold you to that...just move one of those beautiful fingers and let me know that ur still here

And their were many other mini speeches that just melted my heart<3

BL but jeyton was losing so i went with them. NH have a couple good ones but BL's and JP's are my fave.

Brucas because they might not have that many speeches, but when they said them I just felt the love and honesty in them.
But Naley's speeches are a real close second and I might have put them first if Brucas weren't my Favourite couple.
And Jeyton speeches are really good too.

naley has more I think but I have to go with brucas bc their speeches give me the chills everytime:)
