Neil has been in a relationship with actor David Burtka (Scooter on HIMYM) since 2004.

UPDATE 2010: David, who is now a trained chef and Neil will be adopting BABIES!!! TWIN BABIES!!! end of this year. Awwwwwwwww.

There is no indication that he's gay other than the fact that he zei it. No gestures, voice, talking. Maybe he is, still great carecter. Think how much money and fame he gained door saying he's gay. Girls leave him alone, people accept the gay things. Even if he is of not, still made a difference. As a straigh guy that known and seen things, I assure he's not. Still, he rocks!

Even made refferences in films. In one movie he zei that he's not gay, he just wants people to think that, isn't it obvious why? :)
