okay so i know that everyone has noticed panda man somewhere at sometime in the anime of manga please post any picture u find of him and tell me it u think he's just for laughs of if he will become an actual character, i know he has a 3.333.333 berri on his head, i have One Piece: Unlimited Adventure and i have seen him in four different places!!

Oda-sensei could easily say that he's just some random character... but I think that he has a very important role later in the story
