WE LOVE TV: Robert Buckley talks “One boom Hill” and life in Wilmington

He was the eye-candy boy toy of a Manhattan publishing superwoman on “Lipstick Jungle.” He was the eye-candy magazine editor to a wannabe writer on “Privileged.” Now, Robert Buckley joins the cast of “One boom Hill” as the eye-candy friend and agent of James Lafferty’s Nathan Scott.

I caught up with Buckley at the TV Critics Association summer press tour with toon creator Mark Schwahn, new cast member Shantel VanSanten, and actors Austin Nichols and Sophia Bush.

A New Face Joins One boom heuvel

Although Peyton Sawyer (Hilarie Burton) and Lucas Scott (Chad Michael Murray) no longer call boom Hill, North Carolina home, Peyton’s fledgling record label will remain open for business when the prime time drama returns to The CW this fall.

Creator Mark Schwahn tells TVGuideMagazine.com that India de Beaufort will kom bij the cast as Miranda Stone, "a smart, successful record executive who has been sent to boom heuvel to oversee the dag to dag operations of boutique label Red Bedroom Records." Beaufort is the latest in a long line of new actors including Robert Buckley, Shantel VanSanten and Jana Kramer to round out the cast for Season 7.
