leyton were always on a loose thread what ever that means
but they were always like i hate you, i love you,i hate you, i love you,i hate you, i love you,i hate you, i love you really annoyed me it was like get together for shizzles sake
Maybe I'm biased, but I think one of the reasons I'm Brucas and not Leyton is that Leyton, was like you guys have said, very angsty and sad a lot. But I agree both couples have had some really amazing scenes written for them.
Leyton was well written but it was just OVER DRAMATIC. it seemed TOO unreal. yes i know this is tv and i know this is fantasy, but id like to believe that some parts of OTH (the good) is feasible in life...like Naley's love<3
well said cbasslover, totally agree, sometimes i feel that leyton is over the top, i prefer the pace and build up of brucas and the way they are written in that respect. although im with livelovelaugh,i think jeyton was the best written romance.
yeeahhh, agreed. i think the build up of Brucas was more...lovable. the situation of boy wants girl but girl has another boy. seeing Lucas pine for the girl he cheated on was very nice to see. and the romance elements of Brucas was definitely better than Leyton's. but i think Jeyton's would be the best IF mark continued with it. i think its the second best written romance
from the pilot! they both were written amazing! i just feel as leyton have been through more to get were they are!! maybe im biased but the reason i love leyton is the STORY! cos to me there meant for each other, soulmates like mark said it!!
No as laurra said (again i agree with you), their story has been through so much to prove their love, and it has made them stronger. One of the reasons i love leyton is the story :)
But don't get me wrong, i think the brucas story is okay written to, it just didn't catch me like leytons did :)
Brucas. Even if they're apart I feel the love. And now that you noticed, look at Lucas's hand in the Brucas image and Peyton's hand in the Leyton image.
that's a lota why I love leyton. It really is an epic love story. They always find their way back. Just beautiful...
even if I was a brucas fan, sorry, their story ended in such a way that belittles what they had a little bit. Luke's words in his first book ("every instinct to the contrary was a denial of a simple truth") pretty much stumps his relationship with every other girl he's had in between his with peyton. it doesn't take away the love brucas had for eachother, but s3 is brucas slowly being torn apart because mostly luke, just never got over peyton. If I were a brucas fan, it would break my heart to watch s3, cause it's obvious what happened. and s4/5 was even more of a testament to what leyton was/is (in magnitude) in comparison with brucas. It's rubbed in their noses with the way leyton's story was written and how it affected brucas...(but i'm not gonna say that leyton is responsible for brucas' demise. brucas were undoubtebly the cause of their demise, no doubt).
