lucas i have to say was the best in season 1 he was kind, sweet , hot he just let himself slip but the he tried to make it right going away wasnt the best thing to do but still

i really hated Nikki and then Dan

Nikki then brooke, I hate them even more when they were "friends" and ruined Haley's party!! whores!!

Lucas did make some mistakes but he did try to fix them. Don't get me started on Nikki. As much as I hate Nikki I really hated Dan the majority of the time I really wanted to punch him. I really hated they way he treated everybody.

i hated her in season 1.. and peyton was my fav then

She was the bitchiest bitch on the planet.
But as she grew and developed through season 1, and then onto season 2 when she was maturing and growing much more and becoming more selfless and genuine... she grew on me and I started loving her.
And, as much as I hate nikki for kidnapping jenny and making the jeyton relationship IMPOSSIBLE, I have to admit I loved watching the nikki/brooke friendship in the beginning of 1.20 in the bar.
NOT when they ruined Haley's party (cuz I love haley!) but at the bar they were interesting to watch, and i actually liked them as friends.
Too bad she had to be such a heartless two faced bitch.
As much as it is a surprise for me, I don't think Peyton was that hated.
It's strange really, after what she did to brooke, even I hated her and I didn't even like brooke... but I guess that's why people liked her. Cuz everyone hated brooke xD

Dan was DEFINATELY hated (especially by me cuz I LOOVED lucas in season 1 even though he messed up and I was sooo dissapointed in him for that) and then Nathan, but he became a much better guy throughout that season and the seasons to come and he grew and developed as a character (like Brooke) and I don't think anyone hated him.
I also think people LOVED his bad boy stage almost as much as his good guy ways :D (hey that rhymes!)
