Anjanette and her vrienden were hanging out at her house. They were having a sleepover. Ferdinand said, "You all should check out this new band. They're called A Wave Tossed in the Ocean." Tammy said, "That sounds interesting. Why did they call themselves that?" He said, "I'm not sure. Maybe they'll reveal that in their first interview." Becky said, "I like the name. It sounds very psychedelic." Anjanette said, "That's exactly what I was thinking." Becky said, "Good minds think alike." Ferdinand placed the record into the record player. It was a wonderful sound. Anjanette took a particular liking to "The Letter". She could relate to the lyrics. She was certain that the singer directed it to his father, who most likely abused him, just as her father did. At the end of the song, some tears pricked at her eyes. In the past, she would never let them fall, but she did this time. "Anjanette," Ferdinand began, "are u okay?" She said, "Yeah, it's just..." He placed a hand on her shoulder and said, "I know." Becky picked up on why the song made her friend emotional. "Your father was mean to you, wasn't he?" Anjanette nodded "yes". Becky asked, "What did he do to you?" Anjanette told her friend about the time he tricked her with a stuffed German Shepherd after promising to get her a pet. She also talked about the time he shoved her into the cabinet after she made a mess, causing knives to fall into her arm. She then showed Becky the scars. Becky said, "That's awful." Anjanette said, "But the last straw was when he hit me and broke my jaw." Becky said, "I'm glad he's in jail." Anjanette said, "Actually, he's not anymore. He died from pneumonia." Becky said, "And your mother." Anjanette said, "She's still in jail, in solitary confinement." After listening to the album, the four vrienden looked at the cover. It had a picture of the band members with their names beside of them. Tammy said, "Charles is a handsome, young man. Too bad he's a little old for me now." Becky said, "Felix is kinda cute." Ferdinand said, "Hey!" She said, "Oh, Ferdinand, I'm not going to leave u for him. I was just acknowledging his good looks." Ferdinand laughed. "I know that. I just wanted to see your reaction." Anjanette said, "I think Les is handsome. I also like Jimmy. He looks like he really loves dogs." Tammy then asked, "Ferdinand, who do u think is the most handsome?" He said, "I'm a guy! I just like their music." The girls laughed. Just then, Uncle Bruce said, "Don't stay up too late, now. I don't want u to be too tired for my pancake breakfast." Anjanette said, "Okay, Uncle Bruce." As the vrienden zei goodnight to each other, Uncle Bruce remarked, "Since when did u become the Waltons?" The teenagers looked puzzled "The what?" He said, "Never mind. Goodnight, everyone." With that, they all went to sleep.

Peaceandlove67 In case you were wondering, "The Waltons" was an old, television show. It centered on a big family living near Charlottesville, Virginia. They took way too long to say goodnight to each other.

Rubyrings Yes, it is! I like the character inteactions like discussing which band member is the best looking and Uncle Bruce referencing a show from his generation the others didn't know.

Peaceandlove67 Thanks, everyone. I like the Waltons, but the narration gets on my nerves sometimes. That's because the character who is supposed to be the narrator of each episode doesn't talk like the narrator. Their accents aren't remotely similar. They pronounce about differently.

Rubyrings Wow. I wonder why they didn't get the same actors who play the characters to be the narrators.

Peaceandlove67 I'm not sure on that one. I mean, for "Young Sheldon", a spin-off of "The Big Bang Theory", Jim Parsons, who played Sheldon on "The Big Bang Theory" serves as the narrator for "Young Sheldon".

Rubyrings Well, that makes a little more sense, at least it's the voice known for being Sheldon's narrating it....

Peaceandlove67 Yeah. Overall, "Young Sheldon" is a disappointment, especially in comparison to its predecessor. The only reason I watch it is I think Annie Potts, who plays Sheldon's grandmother, also known as Meemaw, is hilarious on the show.

Happy 2020!

Hi, everyone! Antonia here. As I'm typing this, where I am, we are less than one uur away from 2020. door the time most of u see this, it will already be 2020. Not only will we be in a new year, we'll also be in a new decade.

The 2010's decade was quite a roller coaster for me. It had its series of ups and downs. I lost five dogs in the 2010's: Diesel, Sadie, Fluffy, Stone, and Roxy. Diesel and Roxy hit me the hardest, to be honest. I also lost my maternal grandparents, my paternal grandmother, and a friend from high school. On the up note, the ups outweighed the downs.

fan Fiction Trivia 2019

Hi, everyone! Antonia here, and I know a lot of u enjoy reading my fan fiction trivia every year. I'll just get right to it.

1. Of my characters who are asexual, Paul is the only one who "came out" during the events of a fan fiction.
All the others "came out" prior to the events of a fan fiction.

2. Leila was actually named after my friend, Layla.
Their names are actually pronounced the same way. I just used a different spelling to avoid confusion.

It was December 1. The members of New Religion were decorating their house in Oak Ridge for Christmas. Lola looked over at Klondike and said, "This is so exciting. This will be Klondike's first Christmas!" Carl said, "Yes, it is. I believe this also marks our third Christmas in Oak Ridge." Erin said, "Yes. I can't believe it's been over three years since we came to Oak Ridge." Paul wasn't as excited. He said, "This is also our first Christmas without Yukon and Nunavut." He sighed. Plans for the Rest of the jaar

Hi, everyone! Antonia here, and I'm going to discuss my plans for the rest of the year. I have some things I want to cover, so I'm going to get right to it.

As 2019 draws to a close, we will eventually be in a new year. In fact, Christmas is less than a maand away. I am planning a Christmas-themed fan fiction. I'm hoping to post it sometime volgende week. It will be my last fan fiction this year.

Even though my volgende fan fiction will be last for this year, I have meer planned for volgende year. I have lots in store for u volgende year, so stay tuned.

I might do a couple of blogs to inpakken, wrap up this jaar after I finish my last fan fiction. I'll also do my annual fan fiction trivia article.

An Update on Roscoe

Hi, everyone. Antonia here, and as most of u know, my dog, Roscoe, had surgery to be fully neutered. If u want meer details on this, read the vorige article.

My aunt dropped Roscoe off at the veterinary clinic. After my classes, they called me to come pick him up. They zei that he had to have some gentle persuasion to wake up, but he was wide awake once he woke up. I'm the same way when I've been put under anesthesia. Hi, everyone. Antonia here, and don't be alarmed door the title. Roscoe is not sick of injured. He's just being fully neutered.

I didn't clarify when I stated that Roscoe is neutered in the first artikel about him that what he went through was different from a normal neutering. Basically, what he went through was similar to a vasectomy in humans. Roscoe cannot get any female dogs pregnant, but he still has his testicles.

I'm sorry that you've been feeling down recently. Losing a friend is hard, and I know what it's like to go through this. However, I want to let u know that I'm here for you. I'll be a shoulder to cry on, and u can talk with me anytime u like.

u are never alone, Antonia. All of your current vrienden care for u deeply. Don't ever change, buddy. It would be heartbreaking if u did. I know I would be. Also, your old friend would want u to be happy. She's in a better place now, and you'll eventually see her again someday. I just know it.
