Uncle Bruce was waiting up for Anjanette when she got home pagina later that night. "I saw your appearance on TV, Anjanette. u did well."
Anjanette blushed with pleasure. It made her feel better to know that one of the many, many people who had seen her up there was her uncle, someone who was rooting for her no matter what. "Thanks, Uncle Bruce. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be."
Uncle Bruce nodded knowingly. "Yes. I know u were scared, but u came through for your vrienden anyway. I'm proud of you."
Anjanette beamed. "I'm glad it all worked out for them. Now Les and Jimmy can just be vrienden without anyone thinking there's anything else to it."
"Love comes in all forms," Uncle Bruce agreed. He gave his niece a hug. "Now, go get ready for bed. You've had a late night."
"Okay, Uncle Bruce." Anjanette's two dogs followed her as she made her way up the stairs. She almost thought they knew she had had an eventful night, and were waiting to hear all about it.
Uncle Bruce is right, Anjanette thought, as she petted her dogs and smiled down the stairs at where she could hear her uncle moving around. Love does come in all forms.
