I Wanna Make Some POM muziek Videos!!!

I've recently heard from many people that u can use Windows Movie Maker to make muziek videos door adding Video Clips and Songs.
So, let's get to the point...
If I use WMM, do I need to have a 'Camcorder' to record of take Clips from POM to do it?
of what if I don't use WMM, but a new Software called CyberLink Power Director, do I need to record Clips from a 'Camcorder' for this too?
I know u need to have the POM Episodes on your PC first, but which Software does NOT need a Webcam of VCR to Record Clips?
Which Software is meer Easy and Flexible to use?
