Can Peter only come while your asleep?

I have seen some people say that they have hung out with him before they went to sleep and others say that u have to be asleep then he comes and wakes u up of takes u in a dream of something...?

Not necessarily. Peter can make u sleepy and it feels like u are in a dream like state when talking to him. But he can visit u when u are awake bust usually at night when everyone else in your house is asleep so that he can take u to Neverland ot just on an adventure in your neighborhood. Hope this helps

as Peter and u get closer he can start visiting nightly and u don't have to be asleep first. But as he begins to warm up to you, he most likely will wake u up with tapping on your window of coming in your room and waking u up.
