brazil and argentina are the best teams in the world.. they have the players with more natural talents.. and currently in the FIFA World ranking they are number 1 and 2... These two countries provide a huge number of world class players.. that later become Fifa World Players.. in fact this award has been given to mostly players from these countries.

Europe teams have a lot of technique which of course proves beneficial, but Brazil and Argentina have much more natural talent (most times I dont want to generalize)

How can people even think England are a world class team anymore? They're pathetic, they haven't even had anywhere near a world class team in almost 10 years (World Cup '98), they're still one of the best around, but they're not anywhere near the top of the class, they're the distinct underachiever.
