The last Gym Leader is too hard for me to beat.Can u give me some advice?

Piplup Lv.53 Moves:Surf,Hydro Pump,Brine,Drill Peck

Starly Lv.48 Moves:Fly,Steel Wing,Endevor,Defog

Machoke Lv.45 Moves:Vital Throw,Revenge,Rock Climb,Sesimic Toss

Azumarill(as I call Evil Azumarill)Lv:46 Moves:Surf,Attract,Double Edge,Streaght

Azumarill Lv.40 Moves:Bubble beam,Rock Smash,Grass knot,Aqua Ring

Shinx Lv.46 Moves:Charge,Thunder Fang,Crunch,Roar

It would also be okay if some of u told me the levels of Volkner's pokemon and what all of the pokemons are and they're moves and abilities and items.

I think u should catch a Ground-type pokemon! Right outside of Volkner's town, (At least in Diamond) u can catch Gastrodon! They're Ground-Water-types, so u win both ways! 1: u have a Pokemon he can't affect, and 2: u still have a bunch of water types! :)
