Please help my sickly Ditto!

I have absolutely no idea what happened. I told my Ditto, DittoDitto, to use transform on and Onix of Geodude, but after the battle, and still, little DittoDitto can only use the moves of the other Pokemon! I traded the Ditto from HeartGold to Pearl and that all happened months ago... Can someone help?

Its a Transform glitch. It happened to my Shapey too. Basically, when u transform into another Pokemon with the verplaats "Rage" it permanently keeps the moveset. I don't know why, but I don't think u can fix it. u can, however, reteach it transform door trading a "Heart scale" to a NPC in..I think Blackthorn city.
