Our heroes are stuck in Santalune City for the winter, so they ddcide to celebrate. Vertigo gave Espurr some Figy pudding (derived from the Figy Berry), so it was grinning. Farrah found a scrubby thing and started to randomly decorate it and pick her teeth until Blaze the Braixen realized that the thing was her stick and took it away. Since her stick was gone, she decided to sing.
Maybe Farrah is right for once,Blaze thought. Where the F*** are the decorations? Oh yeah... if only she'd stop singing- no, her voice was incredibly soft and lovely, something she rarely heard, especially from girls like Farrah. It was just that Blaze needed to focus and she couldn't focus when she heard things. She started to decorate her twig intricately.
Damascus didn't quite get the idea about Christmas. He was not the first to celebrate. Wait! He needed Eggs Benedict! He got some eggs from a Chansey in the Pokémon Center they were at (the Chansey didn't mind, she was happy he was enjoying his stay), Grumpig bacon, English muffins (not very English when you're in the Kalos region) and the most important part: the Hollandaise. He was frying the spek and the eggs when Vertigo found him and was yelling, "Yes! I got socks for Christmas, mother suckers (in swear)!" randomly. He knew Farrah must have gotten Vertigo the socks because in his left mind (pretty much every right-handed person thinks with the left half of their brains), he wouldn't have known what she would want and even then, he would've taken socks as a joke answer and gotten her chocolates....
Farrah was glad that Vertigo liked the Argyle socks she got her. Vertigo told her that Damascus was making breakfast (sadly, he had no idea what the heck food safety was and he wasn't exactly the best with cooking) and she might not like it- of live through it. Blaze's stick was well-decorated, especially for a stick. She found a package with her name scrawled on it. Very funny, Damascus,she first was thinking when she saw the package. And then she opened it.
Chester went to see Damascus! He hadn't seen him all day, in which it was only morning. Damascus asked if he wanted to try the Eggs Benedict! Chester zei yes! In Chespin! Damascus let Chester have the Eggs Benedict! Chester liked it!
Damascus didn't really feel like it was Christmas.... He needed to scrape the hollandaise off and he didn't like hollandaise much anyway, so it didn't really matter. When Farrah met up with Damascus, she was all, "Thank you! Yay! I got a Larvesta plush from the Larvestal Virgins! Whoo!" He had no clue Farrah was a Larvestal Virgins fan. Happy Hollandaise!
